摘要
在 2 0 0 SN矿物基础油中原位合成了油溶性月桂酸铅 ( LL) ,并用 FT- IR对其进行了结构表征 .在高速低负荷和低速高负荷两种条件下 ,用四球摩擦磨损试验对 LL和月桂酸 ( LA)进行了摩擦学性能评价 ,用往复式摩擦试验机对其抗磨减摩性能进行了考察 .结果表明 :月桂酸铅具有良好的抗磨性能、一定的减摩性能和中等的极压性能 .为了解其抗磨减摩机理 ,用 SEM及 XPS研究了磨斑表面 ,发现摩擦学性能改善的原因在于
Oil soluble lead laurate(LL) was in situ synthesized in 200SN bas oil and characterized by FT IR. The tribological properties of LL, and lauric acid(LA) were evaluated with four ball tribo tester under the condition of high speed low load and low speed high load. The anti wear and friction reducing of LL were also evaluated with reciprocation tribo tester. The results indicate that the lead laurate have an excellent anti wear property, high friction reducing efficiency and extreme pressure property. XPS and SEM Analytical results also show that the additive could markedly improve tribological properties of 200SN base oil with the formation of a bounding film,containing of lead laurate and PbO because of the tribochemical reaction.
