燃煤高温固硫添加剂固硫的促进机理研究 被引量:15

摘要 利用 Mg,Zn,Na等作为添加剂 ,进行了燃煤固硫促进作用的试验研究 ;对不同煤样的燃烧灰渣进行了 X-射线衍射分析和扫描电镜观察 .在此基础上 ,探讨了添加剂的固硫作用机理 .结果表明 ,添加剂能改变 Ca O的晶体结构 ,促进固硫反应 ,提高钙基固硫剂的固硫效率 。 The elements Mg, Zn, and Na were used as additives during coal combustion in the experimental research of sulfur-fixing effect. The ashes from burning different coal samples were tested and observed respectively with X-ray diffraction device and SEM. On the basis of this, the sulfur-fixing effect of different additives was discussed. The result shows that the additive CaO can change the texture of a crystal, promote the sulfur-fixing reaction, and enhance the sulfur-fixing effect. This result has provided a new way for developing sulfur-fixing agent used in coal combustion at a high temperature.
