摘要
CRIMM型稀土永磁辊式强磁选机具有磁场强高、分选效果好、运行费用低、操作方便等优点 ,在化念铁矿的应用表明 :10～ 30mm磁选精矿品位提高 7个百分点以上 ,- 10mm磁选精矿品位提高 3个百分点以上 ,精矿总回收率大于 80 % 。
CRIMM rare earth roll type high intensity permanent magnetic separator has the advantages of high magnetic field intensity,good separation effect,low operation cost and convenient operation.Its application in Huanian Iron Mine has shown an over seven percent grade improvement of 10～30mm magnetic concentrate,an over three percent grade improvement of -10mm magnetic concentrate and a total recovery of over 80%,which has brought remarkable economic benefit.
