摘要
1981～1987年,我们采用转移因子治疗复发性口疮62例。选择的病例为频繁复发而用传统疗法(用维生素B族和维生素C族)无效者。治疗后经随访观察有效率为88.71％。转移因子的生物效应快而强,维持时间长,副作用少而轻,因此是目前治疗复发性口疮比较满意的细胞免疫增强剂。
From 1981 to 1987, 62 cases of recurrent aphthae were treated with tranferfactor in our department. The patinets chosen were those who were continuouslyrecurrent and were ineffective with the traditional therapy(with vitamin B and C).The rate of effectiveness was 88.71 % after treating with transfer factor and follow-up.The biological effect of transfer factor fast and strong, the effectivesustaining was long, and the side-effects were few and light. Therefore it isa satisfactory cellular immunity potentiator for the treatment of recurrent aphthaeat present.
