摘要
在对掌纹进行身份自动鉴别的过程中,对掌纹进行粗分类的目的是对掌纹进行归类存储,减少不必要的匹配搜索时间,以便加快识别速度,提高识别率.本文利用在线掌纹的线特征,提出了一种基于掌纹结构特征的分类方法,具有很好的鲁棒性.
Classification of palmprint is the key step to speed up the retrieval process and improve the recognition rate of the palmprint-based identification systems. After comparing various type of features in a palmprint, a classification algorithm based on structural features is developed in this paper and it is quite robust to rotation, translation and noise.
