摘要
提出了用译码器构成阵列译码的方式 ,对在一个系统中含有几个、甚至几百个可控硅的触发进行控制的一种方法。采用这种方法对可控硅组进行控制 ,无论在软件编程还是在硬件设计上都使整个系统简化。实践证明 ,系统运行稳定、可靠 。
This paper presents a method of constructing a decoding array with decoder,which can control the trigger of several or even hundreds of controllable silicons in a system. Adopting this method to control an array of silicons can simplize the whole system not only in software programming but also in hardware designing. The experiment shows that the system runs stable and reliable. In particular,it has some real value in the system containing a lot of controllable silicons.
