摘要
三钢 3号高炉在过程检测和自动控制方面 ,采用了大量的新技术、新设备。如DCS系统 ,十字测温系统 ,工业电视系统 ,γ射线料位仪及热风炉顶红外测温等。使新 3号高炉的自动化仪表装备水平达到了目前国内同类型高炉的领先水平 ,形成了自己的特点。实践证明 ,采用的新技术、新设备具有明显的实用性。
The Sangang′s No.3 Blast Furnace uses a lots new techniques and equipments in the courses of detection and automation control,such as DCS system,crossed test temperature′s system,the industrial television′s system,an γ machine that uses the γ ray to measure the material place and the infrared thermoscope of hot wind furnace and so on. It makes new No.3 Blast furnace automating furnishment reach to the one up level of our country′s same type furnace at present,come into being itself′s specialty. The practice shows that the new techniques and equipments have clear practicability,scientific nature and creationary.
