摘要
在数种MVA级的高压电机变频调速传动中 ,新型高压大电流IEGT变频器以其独特的技术优势 ,将占据着高压电机变频调速传动的主导地位 ,这种新型高压变频器在效率、外形尺寸及可靠性等方面均大大超出以往的高压GTO变频器和高压IGBT变频器。
In the variant frenquency and converting velocity drives of high voltage motor in the MVA level, the new type of high voltage and large current IGET inverter dominates the field because of its unique technologic advantage. This new inverter exceeds former high voltage GTO inverter and IGBT inverter in the efficiency, appearance dimenson and reliability. This thesis will deal with the technologic analysis of IEGT 3 level inverter applied to the main rolling mill motor drives.
