摘要
提出了基于PSTN的远程视频监控系统的设计方案和在不同环境下软件实现的具体方法 。
A blueprint of the remote video surveillance system based on PSTN (Public Switching Telephone Network) and the particular means in different conditions are described.In addition,some improving advice for more applications is brought forward according to the experiment result.
