从现场IE的涵义、内容入手,分析了现场IE对生产物流再造的意义,并就现场lE如何应用于生产系统物流再造提出了基本途径与要求。
The paper introduces the implication,contents of on-the-spot industrial engineering,analyses the importance of on-the-spot IE to production logistics reengineering and puts forward the basic way and requirements of applying on-the-spot IE to production logistics reengineering.
