摘要
系统阐述了工业氧气管道燃爆事故的一些重要原因 ,通过事故树分析了各种事故致因的逻辑关系 。
This paper expounds systematically some important reasons of burning and explosion of industry oxygen pipe.The logical relationship of all kinds of reasons is analysed through the fault tree. It also puts forward several measures to prevent and control the burning and explosion.
