摘要
对于美国、瑞典和波兰的银行处置不良资产的“好银行 /坏银行”等三种代表性模式 ,中国可借鉴的经验包括 :主动行动、专业运作、利用政府资源和立法支持等 ;中国银行业处置不良资产可考虑采取的对策包括 :标本兼治 ,“企业体制改革”和“银行体制改革”配套进行 ;与资本市场建设和法律系统建设相结合等。
This article sketches three representative models in banks of the U.S.A,Sweden and poland during the operations of the bad assets,including the model of 'good bank/bad bank'etc.And we can draw lessons from the following experiences:taking actions actively,professional operations,utilizing the resource from the government and legislating to stand the operations,etc.The countermeasures that the banks of China bandling bad assets include:treating both principal and secondary aspects of disease;the reform of the enterprise system and that of the bank system going on together,building combining with constructon of the law system and that of the capital market together,etc.
