摘要
SPF级实验动物设施的环境参数 (温度、相对湿度、压强梯度、换气次数、气流速度、空气洁净度、落下菌数、氨浓度、噪声、照度等参数 )是由国家有关部门根据实验动物行业的特点制定的国家标准所限定的。其中温度、相对湿度、压强梯度等参数是随外界气象环境条件而变的 ,其余参数在建设过程中由建设部门设计确定 ,一旦设施建设完毕 ,这些参数是相对稳定的。为了保证一个SPF级实验动物设施的正常运行 ,就必须在建设过程中建立一个完备的自动化保证体系 。
The environmental parameters of the SPF experiment animal's installation, such as temperature, relative humidity and pressure, are with the changing outdoor weather. This work would establish an automation control-system for the stability of the above-mentioned environmental parameters, and the aim has been achieved.
