摘要
本文报告从31例根管感染患者牙髓中分离到无芽胞厌氧菌占96.77%(30/31例),其中能同时分离出厌氧菌和需氧菌者占67.74%(21/31例),这表明根管感染的病菌是以厌氧菌为主体的混合感染。
This paper reports non-sporing anaerobes isolated from thirty out of thirty-onepatients with infectious root canal (96.77%). Of the thirty-one patients, the num-ber of those from whom both anaerobes and aerobes could be isolated was twenty-one(67.74%). The results showed that the pathogen of the infectious root canal wasmixed infection which composed mainly of anaerobes.
