摘要
广州市在现代化过程中 ,要建成山水城市 ,也即生态城市 ,首先要正确理解城市化 ,合理布局城镇体系 ,搞好生态环境建设 ,包括林业、农业、水体等环境建设 ,优化城市环境 ,形成具有良性循环的城乡经济—生态体系。为此 ,必须搞好土地利用总体规划和科学的城市规划 。
Guangzhou City will be built a city with green hills an clear waters during the course of its urbanization and modernization, that is an ecologic city. Urbanization must be understood correctly. It is necessary to strengthen ecological environment construction including to protect cultivated land, so that to develop agriculture; to protect and to develop forestry and to build it into as an important ecological pillar of land; to set up a system of nature reserves and to keep biotic diversification; to protect water area and to build a green water project; to improve city environment. For this reason a scientific master land use planning should be drawn up so as to set up a rational composition of land use, and under the guidance of the master land use planning to draw up the urban development planning according to the principle of building an ecological city
