摘要
本文采用化学还原法,在玻璃表面镀制了厚度在纳米级的金膜。将其装配在自行研制的表面等离子体子共振(SPR)传感装置中,测定了不同浓度的乙醇和葡萄糖水溶液,并与真空镀膜得到的结果相对照,两者基本一致。本实验方法设备简单,操作方便,成本低,有望在SPR传感器中得到广泛的应用。
Gold nano - films were deposited upon glass slides by chemical reduction and their SPR spectra were obtained with a home-made SPR sensing instrument. Different concentration of ethanol solutions and glucose solutions were determined on such films. The results were similar to those obtained on gold films prepared by vacuum deposition. This approach is simple, convenient and low - cost, which have a potential wide use in SPR sensors.
