基于光固化膜布洛芬离子选择性电极的研究

摘要 本文以二丙烯酸脂肪族尿烷酯低聚物为基料,采用光固化法研制布洛芬离子选择性电极。实验中对电极的内导体和膜的成分进行了优化,优化后的膜与PVC比较具有较高的机械强度和较强的附着力,电极对布洛芬离子的线性响应范围为5.6×10^(-5)~1.8×10^(-2)mol/L,检测下限6.2×10^(-6)mol/L,电极斜率54.3mV/decade,对常见阴离子电位选择性系数进行了测定,电极具有较好的选择性,在用于药物布洛芬的测定中获得满意的结果。 A photocurable polymer membrane for ibuprofen ion selective electrode was developed based on aliphatic urethane diacrylate as raw material. The membrane composition has been optimized in order to attain good mechanical properties and optimal electrode response by adjusting ratio of monomer, ionophore, plasticizer and photonitiator in the experiment. Optimal membrane exhibited better mechanical properties such as adhesion compared to PVC membrane. Proposed electrode responded to ibuprofen ion in a linear response range between 5.6×10-5-1.8×10-2 mol/L with detection limit of 6. 2×10-6mol/L and slope 54. 3 mV/decade. The selectivity coefficients of electrode for common anions had been tested and the electrode showed fair selectivity. The electrode was preliminarily applied to the determination of ibuprofen tablets with satisfactory results.
