摘要
针对焊接过程数值模拟计算效率低的难题 ,通过分析焊接热源的特点 ,在移动高斯热源的基础上 ,提出分段移动热源模型。该模型从宏观上体现焊接热源移动的特点 ,减少描述热源逐点移动所需的计算量 ,从而大幅度提高计算效率。经验证 ,该方法可在保持精度的同时大幅度地缩短计算时间 ,从而使实际构件工艺的模拟、优化成为可行。利用该模型分析了不同切割顺序对桥式起重机腹板变形的影响 ,并进行了实际测量。
In view of the characteristics of welding heat source, a new model named Line-Gauss heat source on the basis of achieved Gauss model is established to improve calculation efficiency. The new model reduces the time increment steps used to describe the movement of heat source dramatically. A typical welding process is simulated by using both Gauss and Line-Gauss sources. The results show that by using the new model analysis time can be reduced greatly while high precision is still obtained, and this method makes 3D simulation of some products with long welding be practical. Just with Line-Gauss source the cutting process of side plate of bridge cane beam is simulated , and the results fairly coincide with real measurements.
