摘要
利用苯甲酸甲酯和二甲基亚砜在氢化钠的存在下发生缩合反应 ,然后通过pummerer重排合成α -羰基一硫代半缩醛。通过条件试验 ,优化了反应条件为 :NaH10g,DMSO150ml,苯甲酸甲酯20ml,反应温度65℃ ,酸化的酸度PH=1.5 ,大大提高了产率 :84.5%。
ketohemithioacetal was prepared by the reaction of methy benzoate and DMSO in the presence of NaH,followed by the pummerer rearangement.The yield can greatly increase by improving reactional conditions.
