新旧医疗保险制度在医疗保险的运行效率、权利与义务对等 ,更加完善地保护劳动者的合法权益、医疗保险的覆盖范围和管理方式上有重大差异 ,新的医疗保险制度已在以上几个方面显示了其优越性。为了使医疗保险制度顺利地实施并取得良好的效果 ,必须在医疗费用的结算方式、提高医疗服务机构的服务意识和质量、加强医疗保险的监督和检查上下功夫。
The new medical insurance system differs greatly from the old one in many aspects, while the new system is superior to the old one. It is necessary to take effective measures in accounting, improvement of medical service, enhancement of the supervision and inspection in order to ensure a smooth implementation and a good result.
