摘要
本文运用热重分析仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对石灰与氧化铁混合物进行了测定,分析了在200~700℃的中温范围内氧化铁对石灰脱硫过程的促进作用.研究表明;在石灰中掺入一定比例的氧化铁可以显著捉高钙利用率,而且存在最佳氧化铁配比.其作用机理是氧化铁对石灰脱硫不仅具有一定的催化作用,同时还作为活性中心 改变了脱硫产物的形成规律和气体扩散等特性.
The FGD process of mixture of lime and Fe2 O3 at medium temperature has been analyzed by using TGA and SEM in this paper. Furthermore, the catalytic effects of iron oxide on the lime desulphurization process at medium temperature (200~700℃) has been studied. It is showed that the conversion ratio of calcium can be increased greatly by mixing Fe2 O3 powder in lime in certain proportions and an optimal proportion exits. The mechanism of the improvement is that Fe2O3 acts not only as catalyzer but also as an active core, which result in change of formation and pore structure of product layer on the surface of lime particles as well as the diffusion characteristics of flue gas in the layer.
