摘要
老年性眩晕的原因众多 ,中医多责之于肝、肾亏虚、血瘀 ,治疗多采用辨证分型论治和专方治疗 ,西药主要有抗胆碱药、抗多巴胺药。
Many factors could cause senile vertigo. According to TCM pathology, it always results from the deficiency of liver and kidney, as well as blood stasis. So the TCM therapy usually consists of differentiating syndrome and satisfied efficacy prescription; while for west medicine, anticholinergic agent,anti-dopamine drugs, vascular-dilating drugs are commonly selected.
