摘要
目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)中的表达及其意义。方法 SP法 ,对 5 5例BTCC及 10例正常膀胱组织中bFGF进行检测。结果 在正常移行细胞呈阴性表达 ,在BTCC中呈不同程度的阳性表达 ,且过表达率在不同病理分级、临床分期组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,复发组的阳性表达率明显高于初发组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 bFGF在BTCC侵润转移过程中起重要作用 。
Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC) Methods The expression of bFGF was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 55 BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results All normal transitional cells were negatively stained. The positive expression of bFGF in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grade (P<0.05)and clinical stage (P<0.05), and there was significant correlation between bFGF over expression and postoperative reocurrence (P<0.05).Conclusions The overexpression of bFGF closely correlates with biological behaviour of BTCC and plays an important role in the process of invasiveness and metastasis. This marker may be serve as indicator to the prognosis of bladder cancer.
