摘要
目的 :探讨功能综合评定量表 (functionalcomprehensiveassessment ,FCA)在评测脑血管意外患者中的可信性。方法 :对已明确诊断的 2 0例脑血管意外患者进行评测者内部和评测者之间的信度分析 ,并对FCA的内部一致性进行分析。结果 :FCA评测员内部和评测员之间的信度较好 ,各选项组内相关系数 (ICC)范围在 0 .78— 0 .99(ICC总分 >0 .90 0 )。FCA的内部一致性较好 ,(运动功能α=0 .93 ,认知功能α=0 .98,FCA总分α =0 .96)。结论 :FCA具有很好的重测信度和内部一致性 。
Objective: To investigate the reliability of the Functional Comprehensive Assessment(FCA) among cerebral vascular accident(CVA) patients. Method: Twenty CVA patients were measured using the FCA. For reliability, intrarater and interrater agreement were analyzed. Internal consistency of the FCA was calculated using Cronbach α. Result: FCA has a good intrarater and interrater reliability. Every item′s ICC is between 0.79 and 0.99 (ICC total >0.900). And also FCA has a good overall internal consistency(motor subscore α=0.93,cognitive subscore α=0.98,FCA total scoreα=0.96). Conclusion: FCA has a good retest reliability and good internal consistency . It is a good comprehensive functional measurement for CVA patients.
