摘要
目的 :研究腰椎牵引条件下三维有限元分析。方法 :使用Abaqus 6 .1有限元软件建立有限元模型。平卧位腰椎的轴向荷载为 1 50N ,垂直位轴向荷载为 40 0N。牵引力作用于腰椎设定为 40 0N。结果 :牵引下髓核内压力下降 ;牵引下可将垂直位小关节应力解除 ;牵引下纤维环应力增加 ;椎间盘后外侧边缘和中点均有位移。结论 :三维有限元分析可以用于研究腰椎牵引的研究 。
Objective:To study a three-dimensional finite element model of lumbar vertebrae in traction. Method:The three-dimensional finite element model of an intact L4/L5 lumbar motion segment was created using Abaqus 6.1. The axial load was 150N in horizontal position and 400N in vertical position. The load of lumbar vertebrae was 400N in traction. Result:The pressure of lumbar nucleus puposus was decreased in traction. The stress of lumbar facet joint in vertical position can be released in traction. The stress of annulus fibrosus was increased in traction . There were some displacement in edge and middle point of posterolateral disc.Conclusion: The three-dimensional finite element model can be used for study lumbar vertebrae in traction, and can proof biomechanic research and overcome the shortage.
