摘要
目的 探讨磁共振胆胰管成像在胆囊切除术后综合征 (PCS)诊断中的价值。方法 对 81例胆囊切除术后综合征 (PCS)病人进行磁共振胆道成像 (MRCP)检查 ,并分析 PCS的有关影像学表现。结果 81例PCS病人均获得了满意的 MRCP图像 ,且无特殊异常反应 ,MRCP检查可以明确诊断造成 PCS的各种病因。结论 MRCP对 PCS病人胆胰管相关病因的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值 ,它不仅为临床提供了丰富的形态学信息 ,还能指导临床进一步治疗。
Objective To study the value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the diagnosis of postcholecystectomy syndrome (PCS).Method 81 cases suffering from PCS were examined by MRCP.The results of MRCP were analysed.Results MRCP examination succeeded in all 81 cases and the pancreaticobiliary duct was shown satisfactorily.MRCP can clear and definite the reasons of PCS.Conclusion MRCP is a noninvasive and effective method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PCS.
