摘要
由水热-共还原法制备得到电气用W-20Cu复合粉末,并分析其微观组织、电弧侵蚀性能以及侵蚀后形态。结果表明:W-20Cu复合粉末呈现均匀、细小的颗粒分布状态。W颗粒外径在500 nm左右,尺寸较大的W颗粒是由许多团聚的小颗粒构成的。压坯断口区域表现出了明显的韧窝断裂特征。电弧侵蚀处理后,W-20Cu复合粉末表面物相基本是由W、Cu这两相所构成,未出现明显孔洞与裂纹结构。在分断闭合过程中,材料的转移形式主要以熔桥转移、电弧转移和喷溅蒸发为主。
The W-20 Cu composite powders for electric were obtained by hydrothermal co-reduction method. And the microstructure, arc erosion performance and morphology after erosion were analyzed. The results show that, the W-20 Cu composite powder prepared by hydrothermal co-reduction shows a uniform and fine particle distribution state. The outer diameter of W particles is about 500 nm, and the larger W particles are composed of many small agglomerated particles. The fracture area of compressed billet shows obvious dimple fracture characteristics. After arc erosion treatment, the surface phase of W-20 Cu composite powders is basically composed of two phases(W and Cu), there is no obvious pore and crack. In the process of breaking and closing, the transfer of materials is mainly in the form of fusion bridge transfer, arc transfer and spatter evaporation.
