摘要
研究了在灰铸铁中以少量的铜和镍合金化对其耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加少量的铜可有效地细化石墨;添加微量的镍可降低其在NaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电流,提高灰铸铁在盐雾气氛中的耐蚀性,并形成较为致密的腐蚀产物膜。
The effect of alloying with a small amount of copper and nickel on the salt spray corrosion resistance of gray cast iron was investigated.The results show that the addition of a small amount of copper can make the graphite in structure to be refined;and that addition of a small amount of nickel can reduce the self-corrosion current in NaCl solution,enhance the corrosion resistance of gray cast iron in salt spray atmosphere,and result in formation of a compact corrosion product film.
