摘要
近海工程装备结构腐蚀问题一直困扰着设计人员,特别是近海地带使用的装备,由于处于潮差带,海流流速大,水深变换频率快,腐蚀更为严重。本文初探了滚塑成型技术在某钢制浮箱外表面复合的问题,根据实际使用环境及使用特点,选择合理的滚塑成型工艺方法,为近海工程装备防腐提出了一种解决方案。
Structural corrosion of offshore engineering equipment has been plaguing designers, especially the equipment used in offshore zone. Because it is in the tidal range zone, the current velocity is high, the frequency of depth change is fast, and the corrosion is more serious. In this paper, the composite problem of rolling forming technology on the outer surface of a steel float box is preliminarily explored. According to the actual use environment and characteristics, a reasonable rolling forming process method is selected to provide a solution for anticorrosion of offshore engineering equipment.
