煤矿通风机叶轮组的安全运行研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用离心式煤矿通风机作为研究对象,对其在工作过程中叶轮组的结构组成及工作原理进行了分析,采用PROE和ANSYS软件,开展了基于叶轮组应力和位移变形的有限元仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该通风机叶轮组的结构强度和刚度均能满足使用要求,但存在叶轮组整体结构应力及位移变形分布不均匀现象,在使用过程中易出现结构变形、断裂等现象;在后期研究过程中,可针对叶轮组结构特点进行结构、材料等方面的优化设计,以使叶轮组的结构应力和结构变形分布均匀,提高叶轮组的使用安全性。该研究为叶轮组的结构设计及生产制造提供了参考依据,对提高通风机的整体性能、保障井下作业安全具有重要意义。 The centrifugal coal mine ventilator is selected as the research object,the structure composition and working principle of the impeller group in the working process are analyzed,and the software PROE and ANSYS are used.The finite element simulation analysis based on the stress and displacement deformation of impeller group is carried out. The simulation results show that the structural strength and stiffness of the impeller group of the fan can meet the requirements of application,but there exists the phenomenon of uneven distribution of stress and displacement deformation in the whole structure of the impeller group,and it is easy to occur structural deformation and fracture in the process of use.In the later research process,the structure and material of impeller group can be optimized according to the characteristics of impeller group structure.The distribution of structural stress and deformation of impeller group is uniform,and the safety of impeller group is improved.The research provides a reference for the structure design and manufacture of the impeller group,and is of great significance for improving the overall performance of the fan and ensuring the safety of the downhole operation.
