摘要
伴随跨境电子商务的迅猛发展,跨境电商企业之间的竞争日益加剧,其竞争焦点逐渐从商品竞争过渡到供应链和整体服务水平竞争。从分析跨境电子商务服务供应链入手,对其供应链运营中存在的风险问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应对策建议。
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,the competition among cross-border e-commerce enterprises has been aggravated,and the competition focus has gradually been transferred from commodity to supply chain and whole service level.This paper starts from the service supply chain of cross-border e-commerce,analyzes the risk of supply chain operation,and puts forward relevant countermeasure.
