摘要
【目的/意义】网络时代,互联网+、大数据与云计算技术的快速发展,已与企业信息管理实现了深度融合,导致企业在生产经营、信息管理、财务信息等方面,也发生了一系列变革,管理模式已经被互联网+信息管理的新模式所取代。【方法/过程】本文提出的互联网+环境下企业信息管理创新模式,对信息处理流程进行归纳和总结,分析了原有企业信息管理模式存在的主要问题,并在新模式中把知识管理、价值链管理、财务信息管理的新思维融入到企业信息管理中。【结果/结论】满足了新环境下的企业信息管理需要,且更好地解决了管理者和利益相关者对信息的需求问题,并对"互联网+"环境下企业信息管理的发展进行展望。
【Purpose/significance】In the network era,the rapid development in the network era,technology of Internet,large data and cloud computing has been integrated with enterprise information management,which has led to a series of changes in production management,information management,financial information and so on.The management mode has been displaced by the new mode of Internet+information management.【Method/process】The new model of information management under the Internet+environment is proposed in this paper.This paper summarized information processing flow,analyzed the main problems existing in the original enterprise information management mode the new thinking of knowledge management,value chain management and financial information management is integrated into the enterprise information management.【Results/conclusions】It meets the needs of enterprise information management under the new environment,and better solves the problem of information demand by managers and stakeholders,and looks forward to the development of enterprise information management under the"Internet+"environment.
