Research on the Mechanism of Supply Chain Governance of Corn Storage Based on Trust Relationship and Quality Investment

摘要本研究针对高质量需求和供给双重不确定性引发的玉米供应链收储环节中断问题,研究了玉米收储供应链利润提升的供应链治理机理。本研究认为:玉米收储主体基于Stackelberg博弈方法无论采取分散决策还是集成决策,信任关系未形成时农场主质量投入利润回报不明显;信任关系专用性投资是提升供应链利润、激励农场主质量投入的有效策略;集成决策中收储主体采取信任关系专用性投资替代贷款投入策略是有条件的。据此,本文针对分散决策且无信任、有收储中断风险的供应链,构建了收储主体的治理路径。其中,信任关系协调机制的特点是信用抵押为主,利益共享机制以质量返利为主,该治理机制可用区块链技术支撑。在当今玉米收储制度改革的关键时期,本研究可以为政府相关收储政策出台提供理论基础。 To solve the interruption problem in corn storage stage among supply chain,which caused by theuncertainty of both high-quality demand and supply, this paper studies the mechanism of supply chain governance of corn storage stage to improve the profit. The results show that.,first,based on the results of Stackelberg game under both"centralized strategy"and"specific investment strategy"adopted by the market participants of corn storage,the profit return of the farmer’s quality input is not significant when the trust relationship is not formed. Second,the trust specific investment is an effective strategy to improve the profit of the supply chain and stimulate the quality input from farmers. Third,under "centralized strategy",it is conditional for the entities of corn storage to adopt the specific investment of trust relationship instead of the loan investment strategy. Therefore,the governance path of the main participants of corn storage should be constructed for the supply chain with decentralized decision-making and no trust and risk of interruption of storage. Besides since the trust relationship coordination mechanism is characterized by credit mortgage,and the benefit sharing mechanism is mainly based on quality rebates,the governance mechanism can be supported by blockchain technology. In the critical period of corn storage system reform,our study provides a theoretical basis for the introduction of government policies.
