铜及铜合金的搅拌摩擦焊接研究现状 被引量:2

Research Progress in Friction Stir Welding of Copper and Copper Alloys

摘要 从搅拌头材料选择及结构尺寸设计、微观组织分区及晶粒特征、接头力学性能等方面综述了铜及铜合金的搅拌摩擦焊接研究现状,指出了铜及铜合金搅拌摩擦焊接存在的一些主要问题,并针对性地指明了进一步研究的方向。 The research progress in friction stir welding of copper and copper alloys are reviewed mainly from perspectives of the tool material selection,design of tool geometry,division of microstructural zone,grain structure and mechanical properties of joints. Some urgent problems to be solved are revealed,and the further research direction of friction stir welding of copper and its alloys is prospected.
