肾移植术中不同吻合方式动静脉内瘘有创血压监测效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肾移植术中不同吻合方式动静脉内瘘有创血压监测的效果。方法将60例尿毒症患者根据吻合方式不同分为两组,动静脉内瘘端端吻合患者30例设为A组,动静脉内瘘端侧吻合患者30例设为B组,比较两组患者穿刺成功率、测压有效率及穿刺针位置,比较两组血管并发症发生率。结果两组穿刺成功率均为100%,A组测压有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组血管并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经端端吻合动静脉内瘘穿刺置管成功率高,操作简单,并发症少,测压有效率高,提高了肾移植手术的安全性,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of invasive blood pressure monitoring in arteriovenous fistula with different anastomosis during renal transplantation. Methods 60 patients with uremia were divided into two groups according to the different anastomotic methods. 30 patients with arteriovenous fistula end-to-end anastomosis were set as group A, and 30 patients with arteriovenous fistula end-to-side anastomosis were set as group B. The puncture success rate, the effective rate of pressure measurement and the position of the needle were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of vascular complications was compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of puncture was 100% in both groups, and the effective rate of pressure measurement in group A was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of vascular complications between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion The end-to-end anastomosis of the arteriovenous fistula has a high success rate,simple operation, less complications,high pressure measurement efficiency,and can improve safety of kidney transplantation. It is worthy of popularization and application.
