摘要
实施创新驱动战略,实现高质量发展,携手打造粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新体系是新时代国家赋予的重要使命。粤港澳大湾区拥有与其他国际创新科技中心相类似的创新要素资源和发展基础,根据优势互补和专业分工的原则,构建"香港、广州知识创造——深圳知识转化——珠三角产品应用"三位一体的协调创新体系,通过知识生产、转化机制、创新平台、产业发展和制度环境建设的有机结合,实现湾区内科技创新资源高效配置,打造具有国际竞争力的科技创新中心。
Implementing the innovation-driven strategy to achieve high-quality development and jointly building a global technology and innovation hub is an important mission given to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area by the country in the new era. The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area has similar innovative element resources and development foundation as other global technology and innovation hub,according to the principle of complementary advantages and specialization,to build a coordinated innovation system "knowledge creation in Hong Kong and Guangzhou--knowledge transformation in Shenzhen--product application in the pearl river delta". Through the organic combination of knowledge production,transformation mechanism,innovation platform,industrial development and institutional environment construction,the efficient allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources in the bay area can be realized,and a global technology and innovation hub can be built.
