摘要
跨境电商的迅猛发展催生并促进了跨境电子支付的发展,使我国国际贸易的支付结算方式发生了巨大的改变,反过来又有力地推动跨境电商的进一步发展。然而,第三方跨境支付机构近几年来的快速发展也积累了不少的问题,今后应当在很好解决垄断与公平、效率与安全、监管与创新等问题的基础上加大支持力度,促进跨境电商的跨越式发展,以应对国际贸易保护主义的新挑战。
The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has promoted the development of cross-border e-payment,which has greatly changed the payment and settlement methods of China’ s international trade,and in turn has strongly promoted the further development of cross-border e-commerce. However,the rapid development of third-party cross-border Payment institutions in recent years has also accumulated many problems. In the future,we should strengthen our support on the basis of solving the problems of monopoly and fairness,efficiency and security,supervision and innovation,so as to greatly promote the leap-forward development of cross-border e-commerce and cope with international trade protectionism.
