摘要 高校专业教师是课程思政建设的重要力量,协同育人是专业课程思政建设的重要手段。专业教师要形成育人观念的协同共识,为学生筑起承重墙、为国家培养筑梦人;要注重教学过程的协同共创,通过问题结论呼应、重点亮点荟萃、校内校外联动、嘉宾学生结对、理论实务交融,打造高质量、集成化的"思政+"专业课程。高校要加强组织制度的协同共建,确保专业教师高效优质开展好课程思政建设。 Professional teachers in universities are an important forces in the ideological and political construction of curriculum ideological politics. Synergistic education is,which is an essential important means of ideological and political construction of construction in professional courses. Professional teachers should reachform a consensus on the conception of educationeducating people,building a load-bearing wall for students and fostering dream-builders for the country. In the process of teaching,we They should pay attention to the collaborative creation of the teaching process,developing,creates a high-quality,integrated "ideological and political construction Ideology + "professional curriculum through by echoingoing the problems and conclusions,selecting gathering key points and highlights,collaborating inside and outside of the school,associating connecting vipsthe industry experts with and students,combining the theoriesy with and practice.
