摘要
大数据作为时代的热词,经过政府的倡导和民间广泛的宣传应用,已经融入我们日常生活中,不断更新与方便大众的生活。毫无疑问,未来的经济科技和生活都将因大数据而更加便捷。高校图书馆作为公益性质的服务行业,应该顺应时代的发展,敏锐捕捉新技术带来的优势,围绕服务这个主题,以实现更好的服务为目的,不断调整服务模式,实现自身的发展与价值。本文主要讨论高校图书馆在大数据时代人才建设和数据资源管理方面存在的问题以及必要的改进。
Big data,as a hot word of the time,has been incorporated into our daily life through the advocacy of the government and the extensive publicity and application of the people,and it has been constantly updated to facilitate the lives of the public There is no doubt that the future of economic technology and life will be made easier by big data. As a public welfare service industry,university libraries should adapt to the development of the time,capture the advantages brought by new technology,focusing on the theme of service,the aim of achieving better service,constantly adjust the service model to realize their own development and value. This paper mainly discusses the problems existingin the talent construction and data management of university libraries in the age of big data,and proposes necessary improvement suggestions.
