摘要
根据某铜矿的矿体赋存状态及开采技术条件,通过对岩体可崩性、地应力、矿体形态、品位分布、地质构造特征等因素的综合分析,确定沿矿体走向将矿体划分为北部、中部、南部3个矿块分别进行崩落回采,将矿体中部品位较高的区域作为首采段,逐步向南、北两端依次拉底回采。为确保崩落效果,对首采矿块在推荐的3种拉底顺序中选取由中间向上、下盘分别推进的拉底顺序,崩落形状为长方形,推进方向平行于最大主应力方向。拉底顺序选择合理,能尽快回收投资、确保持续崩落效果、拉底巷道和底部结构稳定,以及提升生产能力,对矿山开采具有重要的意义。
According to status of ore bodies and mining technical conditions,the ore cavability,in-situ stress,shapes of ore body,grade distribution,geological structure characteristics and other factors were comprehensively analyzed.It was determined that the ore bodies along spread direction could be divided into three independent caving section blocks in the north,middle and south,and the high-grade area in the middle of the orebody could be taken as the first mining section,then the bottom stoping was gradually pulled to the south and north ends.In order to ensure the caving effect,the undercutting sequence of the first mining block was selected from the recommended three sequences,which were pushed upward by the middle and downward respectively.The caving shape was rectangular,and the advancing direction was parallel to the direction of the maximum principal stress.Reasonable selection of undercutting sequence could recover investment as soon as possible,ensure the effect of continuous caving,stabilize the undercutting roadway and bottom structure,and enhance production capacity,which had an important guiding significance for mining.
