摘要
目的:探讨加味柴胡汤辅助帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症对患者血清白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)水平影响性。方法:选取医院2014年2月—2016年4月收治的266例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按入组先后顺序平均分成两组,每组133例,对照组帕罗西汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用加味柴胡汤治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在IL-2、TNF-α等指标含量水平、生活质量、疗效、抑郁相关评分等指标变化情况。结果:治疗后较治疗前两组IL-2、TNF-α含量显著降低,5-HT含量显著升高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL-2、TNF-α、5-HT含量改善水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组HAMD各因子认知障碍、睡眠障碍、精神性障碍、躯体性障碍、情绪和总分均显著下降(P<0.05),研究组治疗后以上评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。疗效上,研究组痊愈率31.58%、总有效率88.72%,显著高于对照组的22.56%、78.95%(P<0.05)。生活质量上,治疗后两组生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、周围环境评分均显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后研究组以上积分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味柴胡汤辅助帕罗西汀能改善抑郁症临床症状,降低炎症反应,提高生活质量和疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Chaihu Decoction assissting Paroxetine in the treatment of depression patients' serum-2 Interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-)levels.Methods: A total of 266 cases of depression patients in our hospital from February 2014-April 2016 as the research objects, according to the order,were divided into 2 groups, 133 cases in each group.The control group was given Paroxetine and the study group on the basis of the control group was treated with Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction.We observed different methods after treatment, changes of IL-2 and TNF-alpha levels, life quality, curative effect and depression score index.Results: After treatment, the contents of IL-2 and TNF-alpha in the two groups decreased significantly, and the 5-HT content increased significantly(P<0.05).The improvement levels of IL-2, TNF-alpha and 5-HT after treatment in the study group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the cognitive impairment, sleep disorder, mental disorder, somatization disorder, mood and total score of HAMD in all two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The scores above in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the curative effect, the recovery rate of the study group was 31.58% and the total effective rate was 88.72%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group[22.56% and 78.95%(P<0.05)].In terms of quality of life, the scores of physical health, mental state, social relations and surrounding environment in the two groups increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores above the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of depression, reduce the inflammatory response, improve the quality of life and the curative effect of Paroxetine.
