摘要
对高等教育系统要素的分析,是对高等教育系统结构和功能进行研究的逻辑起点。高等教育系统是自组织与他组织相结合的复杂系统,其核心要素包括高等教育系统内的各级各类学生、不同类型的高等学校与不同特色的学科专业等。高等教育结构体现为高等教育要素流动过程中的相对稳定状态,当前我国高等教育结构的形成在很大程度上取决于高等教育核心要素的初始投入模式,其发展演进过程受制于要素的自我扩张惯性,其要素的流动同样受到制度与政策调控的深刻影响。
The analysis of higher education elements is the logic origin of the structure and function research of the higher education system.The higher education system is the complex system consisted of self-organization and heter-organization,whose core elements are all kinds of students,types of institutions and different disciplines and programs.The structure of higher education is the relatively stable state in the flow of higher education.The establishment of current higher education structure system largely depends on the initial investment mode of core elements of higher education,and its development and change process is also constrained by the self-expanding inertia of elements.The movement of its elements is also deeply influenced by the regulation of institutions and policies.
