摘要
随着近几年来全球“人工智能”“互联网+”的飞速发展,网络安全与国家安全战略愈加密切相关。为更好地研究网络安全与国家政治之间的发展关系,本文以德国网络安全发展历史为例,根据研究现状-研究问题-研究趋势的脉络深入分析了中国知网2008年-2017年间相关文章,得出了网络与政治之间呈现着从捍卫个体网络空间自由表达权到寻求群体网络安全防御,到呼吁政府提供网络服务的发展趋势。
With the rapid development of global "artificial intelligence"and "Internet +"in recent years,network security and national security strategy have become more and more closely related.For better research on network security and the development of the relationship between the country's political,in Germany network security development history,for example,this paper according to the research present situation,the research question,research trend of grain in-depth analysis of the Chinese knowledge network related articles during 2008-2017,obtained from the areas between the network and the political expression for the freedom of the individual network space to the right to seek group network security defense,to call for government to provide the development trend of network service.
