摘要
糖尿病泌汗异常是糖尿病自主神经病变之一,由于糖尿病迁延不愈,严重影响患者生活质量。糖尿病泌汗异常归属中医学"消渴汗证"范畴,方朝晖教授根据消渴病因病机,辨证论治消渴汗症,改善患者症状,取得显著疗效。
Diabetic hyperhidrosis is one of the autonomic neuropathy of diabetes mellitus.Abnormal diabetic bleeding and perspiration belongs to the category of"thirst quenching and sweating syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor FANG Zhaohui treated the thirst quenching and perspiration syndrome according to the pathogenesis of the disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and improved the symptoms of the patient and achieved remarkable curative effect.
