摘要
目的探究西洋参与其混淆品人参的比较鉴别方法,为药学工作提供参考。方法从性状、显微、紫外光谱、薄层色谱等方法角度,对西洋参及其混淆品人参做鉴别。结果西洋参无特征斑点,254~274nm波长内,西洋参出现波峰1个,人参无波峰。结论经过性状、显微、紫外光谱、薄层色谱的观察分析,可将西洋参与其混淆品人参相区别,对今后的药学行业的发展和工作的顺利进行起到推动作用,因此应给予重视。
Objective To explore the identification method of American ginseng and its adulterant ginseng,and to provide reference for pharmaceutical work.Methods The identification of American ginseng and its adulterant ginseng were studied by means of character, microscopic,UV and tlc.Results There was no characteristic spot in American ginseng,254 to 274nm wavelength,the peak of American ginseng appeared,and there was no peak in ginseng.Conclusion The observation of mieroscopic,UV,TLC analysis can be involved in the American ginseng adulterants differences of pharmaceutical industry in the future development of the work carried out smoothly,and has a role in promoting,so we should pay more attention to it.
