摘要
结合传染病诊疗现状及肝病新的诊疗模式,分析当前传染病见习教学面临的困境。在传统教学不能满足当前教学需求的情况下,我科室引入案例教学,将典型案例讨论与理论授课穿插结合。招募并培训标准化病人,接受学生问诊查体并对学生进行标准化评估。安排药物试验随访门诊见习,了解医学研究设计实施过程。同时整合院内其他科室及传染病专科医院的教学资源,弥补综合医院传染科病种不足的情况。多种教学相结合,提高传染病临床见习质量。
We analyzed the current dilemma of infectious disease training considering the current status of infectious disease,especially the new diagnosis and treatment mode of liver disease.Since the traditional teaching mode could not meet the current teaching needs,we introduced case-based teaching and thus combined typical case discussions with theoretical lectures.Standardized patients were recruited and trained for students' inquiry and physical examination and standardized assessments about their performance were conducted.The design and follow up process of clinic trials were introduced to students.Teaching resources of other departments and infectious disease specialist hospitals were integrated to make up for the shortage of special infectious diseases.Multiple teaching modes were combined to improve the quality of clinical training for infectious diseases.
