摘要
目的:提出医疗数据安全保护策略。方法:分析医疗数据安全存在的问题,找出问题存在的原因。结果:医疗数据安全存在保密意识不强、内部管理漏洞、人员误操作、人为故意、外部安全原因、软硬件故障六大原因。结论:提出了数据分级管理、加强内部管理、采取必要的技术措施、加强日常监控、引入第三方服务、数据备份六项医疗数据安全措施。
Objective: Put forward the strategy of medical data security protection. Methods: Analyze the problems of medical data security and find out the reasons for the problems. Results: There are six reasons for the safety of medical data security, lack of awareness of confidentiality, internal management loopholes, personnel misoperation, human intent, external security reasons, software and hardware failures. Conclusion: It puts forward six medical data security measures, data classification management, strengthening internal management, taking necessary technical measures, strengthening daily monitoring, introducing third party service and data backup.
