摘要
目的 :探讨对接受血液透析的尿毒症患者实施综合护理的效果。方法 :选取攀枝花市中西医结合医院2016年11月至2018年11月收治的70例尿毒症患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为参照组和探究组。在对两组患者进行血液透析期间,对参照组患者实施常规护理,对探究组患者实施综合护理。然后对比两组患者并发症的发生率和对护理的满意率。结果 :在接受血液透析期间,探究组患者并发症的发生率(11.42%)低于参照组患者并发症的发生率(34.28%),P <0.05。探究组患者对护理的总满意率(100%)高于参照组患者对护理的总满意率(85.71%),P <0.05。结论 :对接受血液透析的尿毒症患者实施综合护理的效果良好。
objective:to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for uremia patients receiving hemodialysis.Methods:70uremic patients admitted and treated by panzhihua hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from November 2016to November 2018were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into reference group and inquiry group.During the hemodialysis of the two groups of patients,routine nursing was performed for the reference group and comprehensive nursing was performed for the exploration group.Then the incidence of complications and satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:during the period of hemodialysis,the incidence of complications in the exploratory group (11.42%)was lower than that in the reference group (34.28%),P <0.05.The total satisfaction rate (100%)of patients in the inquiry group was higher than that in the reference group (85.71%),P <0.05.Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing of uremia patients receiving hemodialysis is effective.
