马属动物CG-β的生物信息学分析

摘要 [目的]采用生物信息学的方法对马属动物(马、驴和斑马)绒毛膜促性腺激素β(CG-β)的氨基酸组成、亲/疏水性、二级结构、糖基化位点和三级结构进行预测分析。[方法]利用多种分析软件对马属动物CG-β进行预测分析。[结果]马属动物CG-β脯氨酸含量最高;二级结构均以β折叠为主要结构单元;dCG-β在13氨基酸位点发生N-糖基化,zCG-β在13和138氨基酸位点发生N-糖基化;dCG-β、zCG-β分别有14个和13个氨基酸位点发生O-糖基化;构建CG-β三级结构模型稳定可靠。[结论]马属动物CG-β均在29、48、84氨基酸位点附近呈现强疏水性,β折叠占比在50%以上,模型可靠性和稳定性达到标准。 [Objective]To analyze and predict the amino acid composition,hydrophilcity/hydrophobicity,secondary structure,glycosylation sites and tertiary structure of equids(equine,donkey and zebra)Chorionic Gonadotropin β-subunits(CG-β)by bioinformatics.[Methods]Various analysis software were used for analysis and prediction of equids CG-β.[Results]The content of proline in equids CG-β was the highest;β-sheet was the main unit in the secondary structure of CG-β;N-glycosylation occurred on the amino acid site 13 of dCG-β,and amino acid sites 13 and 138 of zCG-β.O-glycosylation occurred on the 14 and 13 amino acid sites of dCG-β and zCG-β,respectively;The tertiary structure model of CG-β were stable and reliable.[Conclusion]Equids CG-β exhibited strong hydrophobicity around the amino acid sites 29,48,and 84,β-sheet accounted for over 50%,and the reliability and stability of the model met the standard.
