摘要
以某新型双电机耦合驱动系统为研究对象,考虑齿轮副综合啮合刚度、各构件惯量、中心构件的扭转支撑刚度等因素,推导并建立了双电机耦合驱动系统的纯扭转动力学模型.通过求解特征值的方法获取系统固有特性.对系统整体扭转振动模式和轴系扭转振动模式下的固有特性进行分析,发现系统固有特性具有一种不完全的对称性.对系统固有频率的主要影响因素进行了研究,分析了系统共振点与车速之间的对应关系.建立了双输入双输出机电耦合系统振动特性分析方法,为双电机耦合驱动系统的扭振抑制控制方法的研究奠定了基础.
A new type of double-motor coupling drive system was studied.Many factors were taken into account,such as the comprehensive meshing stiffness of gear pairs,inertia of each member,torsional support stiffness of the central member,etc.Purely torsional dynamic model of the double motor coupling drive system was deduced and established.The reduced-order eigenvalue problems were derived,and the inherent characteristics of the system were obtained.The inherent characteristics of the whole torsional vibration mode and the shaft torsional vibration mode were studied which reflected a kind of characteristic that called imperfect symmetry.The main factors affecting the natural frequency of the system aere discussed,and the corresponding relationship between the resonance point of the system and the vehicle speed was analyzed.An analytical method for the vibration characteristics of a dual-input dual-output electromechanical coupling system was established which laid a foundation for the research of the torsional vibration suppression control method of the double-motor coupling drive system.
